Do you have 2 hours?

Or maybe three?

First and foremost:

how you doin? Probably very bad right?

But nonetheless, let’s go to our post.

What to do, for us who work 15 hours a day, when unexpectedly we have 2 hours to spend freely in the city?

So here are some tips for myself, and maybe for you!

1) Eat Ice cream.

“Because Ice cream is awesome.”

2) Visit a store of cool stuff that your wife/husband/mother never let you in and spend money.

Because we need to be happy with our stupid shit, right?

3) Sit in a park to breath and maybe watch the people. Believe it or not, today’s canadian doctors recommend 2 hours A DAY in nature.

“Imagine how many hours in the Nature we already owe to ourselves…”

4) Take your motorcycle or car in for a quick repair. There’s always something to do right?

5) I’m usually on a motorbike, so I like to hang out with it in parts of the city I’ve never been to.

6) Visiting an old friend at his/her workplace.

7) Go to a deserted place, like a quarry or a rural area, and scream at the top of your lungs. Letting go of anger and frustration is awesome.

8) Visit a new gym and have a free training session.

9) Buy clothes, because let’s be honest, we always need some new flip-flops or underwear.

10) THIS IS MY TOP RECOMENDATION: Visit a masseuse. Yes, a real massage therapist… All fathers, mothers and workers need at least one good massage a day. Of course, this is impossible unless your partner is someone who is willing to learn the basics of massage on youtube, and is willing to do it every time you ask. I highly recommend this. You’ll want to do this every day.

11) Go to a Church. Even being an atheist. Certain churches or Buddhist temples always have the power to make us reflect about ourselves. Personally, I don’t expect that God exists or that praying will make my life or the lives of the people of the world get better. However, I sometimes find myself talking internally with a guy called God. There aren’t very fruitful conversations there, but anyway. It costs nothing to enter a Church for 10 minutes, right?

12) Visit a bookstore or library. Be the nerd you know you are.
